Group Fitness & Movement Classes
OUR SERVICES
Low-equipment, clinician-led sessions that build mobility, posture, and stamina across units—improving population health with minimal resources.
What it is
Clinician-led, low-equipment movement classes that improve mobility, posture, and stamina across units—designed for secure environments and varying fitness levels.
Who it’s for
Cleared cohorts (e.g., dorms, work assignments, older adults, chronic pain groups)
Populations needing preventative, morale-uplifting activity with clinical oversight
How it works
Format: 30–45 minute classes; 6–8 week cycles; 8–20 participants
Screening: Quick pre-class screens to route higher-risk issues to PT/OT
Curriculum: Mobility, core/balance, flexibility, posture, task-specific mechanics (lifting, stairs, workstation)
Progression: Gradual load increases; brief take-home (in-facility) routines
What to expect
Consistent weekly schedule coordinated with custody/medical
Behavior and safety standards reviewed at every class
Attendance and incident-free tracking; roll-up metrics (participation, RPE trends)
Facility requirements
Multipurpose room/gym; escort per policy; water access; chairs/wall space
We supply bands/cones and visual cues; no contraband items
Benefits
Population-level mobility gains and reduced sedentary pain complaints
Positive unit climate and structured activity during high-stress periods
Early identification of MSK issues for targeted PT/OT
Getting started
We co-design class times and cohorts during discovery; pilot with one unit, then scale.
Let’s Simplify Musculoskeletal Care Together.
Medical directors have enough challenges on their plate—musculoskeletal health doesn’t need to be one of them.
