FROM THERAPISTS

Care occurs in secure clinic spaces with custody nearby and clear protocols. You’ll complete PREA, de-escalation, and site-specific safety training before seeing patients.

Most roles start part-time/PRN (15-20 hrs/week) with room to grow. We offer premium hourly rates, paid documentation time, and mileage/travel support. Limited full-time positions may also be available.

Two+ years of ortho/neuro outpatient is ideal, but correctional experience isn’t required. We provide correctional-care onboarding (security, trauma-informed communication, documentation training) so you’re set up to succeed.
